KTH Food现面向社会公开招聘人力资源主管。该岗位主要职责包括：制定并实施与公司业务目标一致的人力资源战略；协助管理层进行组织发展与人力规划；推动提升员工敬业度与生产力的相关举措；建立并执行绩效考核体系；协助部门负责人设定关键绩效指标（KPI）并评估员工表现；负责薪酬协调与员工福利管理；规划并组织员工培训项目。

Job Description
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Support management in organizational development and workforce planning
• Drive HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity
• Implement performance appraisal systems
• Support Head of department in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance
• Oversee payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
• Plan and organize training programs for staff development
- At least 3 years experience in human resource management and/or supervision of staff
- Good knowledge of HR management principle and practices
- Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law
- Good personal relation, self-motivated, clear planning skills, strong commitment, team work
- Good at English both writing and speaking,
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
