柬埔寨外交部与乌干达大使探讨打击跨国犯罪合作

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាងនាម ឯកឧត្ដមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ លោកជំទាវ យ៉ិនទៀង ពុទ្ធិរស្មី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានទទួលជំនួប សម្តែងការគួរសមរបស់លោកជំទាវ Betty Oyella BIGOMBE ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតអ៊ូហ្កង់ដា ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង។ ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគី ដើម្បីបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍចំណងមិត្តភាពឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចំរើន។ ភាគីទាំងពីរក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីអាទិភាពរួម និងស្វែងរកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្សេងៗពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងបញ្ហាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែន ការជួញដូរមនុស្ស ការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងបញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនរវាងកម្ពុជា និងថៃផងដែរ។ លើសពីរនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានជម្រាបជូនលោកជំទាវឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត អំពីនីតិវិធីដែលអាចផ្លាស់ប្តូរក្រោយច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យារបស់កម្ពុជាចូលជាធរមាន។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានស្នើភាគីអ៊ូហ្កង់ដា ជួយគាំទ្របេក្ខភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា ជាសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គម (Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC) សម្រាប់អណត្តិឆ្នាំ២០២៨ ដល់២០៣០ និងជាសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការអន្តររដ្ឋាភិបាល សម្រាប់ការការពារបេតិកភណ្ឌវប្បធម៌អរូបី (Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage – ICS-ICH)សម្រាប់អណត្តិឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដល់ ២០៣០។   On 23 April 2026, on behalf of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Her Excellency Yentieng Puthirasmey, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from Her Excellency Betty Oyella BIGOMBE, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uganda to the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Ministry. During the call, both sides exchanged views on strengthening the bilateral cooperation in order to further develop the bilateral ties of friendship. They also discussed common priorities and explored various areas of cooperation in combating transnational crime, human trafficking, online scams, and the border depute between Cambodia and Thailand. Furthermore, Her Excellency the Secretary of State informed Her Excellency the Ambassador of the new procedures that can be conducted after the new law on Combating Online Scams has entered into force. Her Excellency the Secretary of State also requested the Ugandan side to support Cambodia’s candidatures, specifically to vote in favor of Cambodia’s election to the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) for the term 2028–2030, and to the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICS-ICH) for the term 2026–2030.
