马来西亚现招聘菲律宾籍业务员，负责美加市场订单处理及结算工作。本次招聘要求应聘者具备独立工作能力，并需前往马来西亚现场办公。
岗位职责及薪资待遇如下：
一线岗位：负责个人转账处理至团队主管级别。底薪1800加200，提成比例为3%。
二线岗位：需具备独立工作能力，包括处理订单关闭前5天的紧急订单。底薪2100加200，提成比例为5%。
三线岗位：需具备美加市场实际结算经验。底薪2400加200，提成比例为4%。
应聘要求：
1. 具备至少6个月BPO行业工作经验。
2. 学历要求高中毕业，拥有大学学历者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通能力。
4. 能够接受现场办公及轮班制工作安排。
公司提供福利包括：免费食宿、免费洗衣及保姆服务、差旅费报销、IO助理支持，每周日休息。表现优异者可获得无上限提成。
