**Job Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 or 3years’ proven experience in a customer service position or property management sector
• Fresh graduate dynamic is also encouraged to apply
• Ability to stay calm and deal with customers
• Good verbal and written communication skills with both Khmer, English
• Ability to work unsupervised and able to make decisions independently
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
