职位描述
马来西亚吉隆坡呼叫中心现招聘客服人员，岗位性质为全职。
岗位要求：申请人需为菲律宾籍，年龄在40岁以下，具备优秀的英语沟通能力，有美式口音者优先。
薪资待遇：底薪为1000美元加200美元，另有3%至8%的绩效提成。高绩效员工月薪可达1500美元加提成，英语流利者月薪最低3000美元。
福利待遇：公司提供免费住宿、工作签证及就业证。每月享有4天假期，假期期间允许外出。合同期限为1年。
针对不同申请人的政策：已在马来西亚境内的持护照申请人可获得优先录用及入职奖金。对于马来西亚境外的申请人，入职后可根据公司政策报销机票。从菲律宾出发的申请人，公司将提供机票，并为有BPO经验者提供移民局（IO）协助与指导。

• Base Salary: 1,000 + 200
• Performance Commission: 3%–8%
