(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម កឹម ស៊ីថន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គលេខាធិការ លោក លោកស្រី ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងវិទ្យាស្ថាន បានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យគណៈប្រតិភូសមាគមអតីតនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាសិក្សានៅអតីតសហភាពសូវៀត និងសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី និងប្រតិភូយុវជនកម្ពុជាចំនួន ១៩រូប ដែលត្រូវត្រៀមចូលរួមកម្មវិធីមហោស្រពយុវជនពិភពលោក ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី ចូលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងទទួលយកអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានសម្ដែងនូវទឹកចិត្តសោមនស្សរីករាយ និងអបអរសាទរចំពោះប្រតិភូយុវជនកម្ពុជា ដែលត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសឱ្យចូលរួមកម្មវិធីមហោស្រពយុវជនពិភពលោក ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសហព័ន្ធរុស្ស៊ី ដើម្បីចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ និងអរិយធម៌ខ្មែរ ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អរវាងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងប្រជាជនរុស្ស៊ី ចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិស័យឯកជន វិស័យអប់រំ និងជាពិសេសបន្តពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតរវាងកម្ពុជា-រុស្ស៊ី ឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ផ្ដាំផ្ញើដល់ក្រុមប្រតិភូយុវជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់ ឱ្យរក្សាកិត្តិយស សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងមោទនភាពជាតិជាខ្មែរ បង្ហាញដល់ប្រតិភូយុវជនរុស្ស៊ី និងប្រតិភូយុវជនមកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសនានាជុំវិញពិភពលោក ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីនេះ។ --- His Excellency KIM Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, Grants Audience to Cambodian Youth Delegation for Courtesy Call and Guidance ... (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Tuesday, 8 September 2026, His Excellency KIM Sithan, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce—accompanied by the Secretary-General, Directors of Departments, and Directors of Institutes—granted an audience to a delegation from the Association of Former Cambodian Students from the Soviet Union and Russia, alongside a 19-member Cambodian youth delegation preparing to participate in the World Youth Festival 2026 in the Russian Federation, to pay a courtesy call and receive guidance from the Ministry’s leadership. On that occasion, His Excellency Permanent Secretary of State expressed his sincere pleasure and congratulations to the Cambodian youth delegates selected to attend the World Youth Festival 2026 in the Russian Federation. He highlighted that this opportunity would enable them to share knowledge and experience, promote Khmer culture and civilization, strengthen people-to-people ties between Cambodia and Russia, contribute to promoting trade, the private sector, and education, and especially further enhance diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Russia.
