Major Responsibilities • Design policies and procedures. • Set up and train the finance team. • Control and monitor daily operations across departments. • Reporting: financial reporting and corporate reporting, and make sure the financial report is presented in fair and true value. • Make sure Gaea's tax declaration complies with the Cambodian tax law. • Set up an internal audit action plan and involve external auditors and tax audit officers. • System support and working on streamlining the accounting workflow and report customisation. • Other tasks.
