岗位职责包括处理客户咨询与投诉，确保物流流程顺畅，并以专业态度解决高压环境下的各类业务问题。

1. 学历要求：大专及以上学历，有相关行业经验者优先。
2. 行业经验：具备至少3年物流、货代、航运或供应链行业的客服工作经验。
3. 专业技能：熟悉物流运输及进出口业务流程，熟练使用Excel、Word、Outlook等办公软件，有物流系统操作经验者优先。
4. 语言能力：具备良好的英语读写能力，口语表达流利者更佳。

***Requirement
• Diploma in any field is required; Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Customer Service in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain industry
• Good understanding of logistics processes (transportation, import/ export operations)
• Ability to handle customer issues professionally under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics systems is a plus
• Good English reading and writing skills (good speaking ability is an advantage)
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
