📣**Team Leader/Supervisor – Laser Cutting $400-$500**
📌Location: Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone
📝**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and supervise laser cutting machines and work areas.
- Assist with planning and allocating daily workloads to meet production schedules.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure optimal operation of lines.
- Create programs for new products using existing nesting software.
- Supervise changeovers and setups.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet specifications using measuring equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks regularly to prevent machine downtime.
