Cambodia has taken another step forward in strengthening its innovation-driven economy after the Ministry of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to establish an Intellectual Property Business Center (IPBC), a new initiative aimed at helping the private sector better understand and utilise intellectual property as a driver of business growth and competitiveness.
