金边一家肉类贸易公司现招聘销售经理，工作地点位于金边王宫附近。
岗位职责包括：制定并执行销售策略以达成公司目标；管理并激励销售团队；开发新客户及业务机会；维护与分销商、零售商、餐厅、酒店及其他客户的合作关系；监测市场趋势、竞争对手动态及客户需求；编制销售预测与定期销售报告；与客户协商价格及商务条款；确保销售目标与关键绩效指标（KPI）的达成。
该职位要求应聘者具备相关行业经验。工作时间为周一至周五，上午8:00至下午5:00。薪资待遇根据个人经验面议。

👉 Job Title: Sale Manager.
Industry: Trading Meat Industry (Pork)
Location: Near Royal Palace, Phnom Penh.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
💭 Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, hotels, and other customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demand.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular sales reports.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
