职位描述
现面向菲律宾籍人士招聘赴马来西亚工作的结算专员及团队主管。工作地点位于马来西亚，要求应聘者具备美加市场结算经验，能够独立处理订单及进行团队管理。
岗位职责包括：负责个人转账及团队主管级别的工作；具备独立工作能力，能处理包括订单截止前5天在内的紧急订单；具备美国及加拿大市场的实际结算与结单经验。
应聘要求：至少6个月BPO行业工作经验；高中学历（大学毕业生优先）；具备良好的沟通能力；能够接受现场办公及轮班制工作。
薪资福利待遇：
岗位1：底薪1800+200，提成3%。
岗位2：底薪2100+200，提成5%。
岗位3：底薪2400+200，提成4%。
公司提供高额提成，并包含免费食宿、免费洗衣及保姆服务、差旅费报销，配备IO助理。每周日休息。
