柬埔寨外交部为赴日留学生举行行前说明会

នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតកម្ពុជា ដែលត្រៀមចេញទៅបន្តការសិក្សានៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក្រោមអាហារូបករណ៍របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន MEXT Scholarship 2026 (ក្រសួងអប់រំ វប្បធម៌ កីឡា វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា)។ នៅខែមេសានេះ និស្សិតកម្ពុជាចំនួន១២រូប ត្រូវទៅបន្តការសិក្សាកម្រិតបរិញ្ញាបត្រ បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងបណ្ឌិត នៅតាមបណ្តាសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានាក្នុងប្រទេសជប៉ុន លើមុខជំនាញវិស្វកម្ម អប់រំ សុខាភិបាល ទំនាក់ទំនងអន្តរជាតិ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងច្បាប់។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានផ្តល់ជូននូវអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដល់និស្សិតទាំងអស់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរស់នៅ ការសិក្សា និងការថែទាំសុខភាព ក៏ដូចជាព័ត៌មានមួយចំនួនអំពីប្រទេសជប៉ុន ព្រមទាំងទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងកម្ពុជា-ជប៉ុន ដែលប្រទេសទាំងពីរមានទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៥៣ រហូតត្រូវបានដំឡើងទៅជាដៃគូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ។ លើសពីនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ក៏បានផ្តាំផ្ញើដល់សិស្សនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ ត្រូវរក្សាស្មារតីសាមគ្គី ខិតខំសិក្សារៀនសូត្រ និងស្រូបយកចំណេះដឹងល្អៗ ដើម្បីជួយកសាងប្រទេសជាតិនាពេលអនាគត ព្រមទាំងជួយដើរតួនាទីជាឯកអគ្គរាជទូតក្នុងការកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើររវាងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងជប៉ុន ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការលើកតម្កើងកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ជាតិកម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ពិភពលោកផងដែរ ។ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ បានជូនពរក្រុមនិស្សិតធ្វើដំណើរទៅជប៉ុនប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។ On 30 March 2026, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State and High Representative of His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a cordial meeting with Cambodian students who are set to commence their study under the scholarship of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (MEXT) for Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral Degrees. In April 2026, twelve Cambodian students will undertake their studies at various universities across Japan in engineering, education, health, international relations, information technology, economics, and law. During the meeting, Her Excellency EAT Sophea shared valuable recommendations with the students regarding their life abroad, studies, and health, as well as information about Japan. She also highlighted the excellent friendship and cooperation between Cambodia and Japan, which were formally established in 1953 and elevated to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in 2023. In addition, Her Excellency EAT Sophea encouraged the students to maintain solidarity, and remain diligent in their studies to acquire valuable knowledge and skills that will contribute to Cambodia’s national development. She also encouraged them to serve as ambassadors, promoting people-to-people ties between Cambodia and Japan and showcasing the best of Cambodia and Cambodian culture to the world. She wished the students a safe journey to Japan and success in their studies.
