23名柬埔寨学生获法国政府奖学金 将赴法深造

នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តាងនាមតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ **ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សុខុន** ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីការបរទេស ​និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ **ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន សុវណ្ណា** រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានទទួលជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាជ័យលាភីអាហារូបករណ៍របស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង ចំនួន២៣ រូប ដែលនឹងទៅបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ និងថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិតនៅសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង។ និស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ទាំងអស់ នឹងបន្ដការសិក្សាលើមុខជំនាញផ្សេងៗ រួមមានវិស្វកម្មនិងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រឌីជីថលនិងគណិតវិទ្យា វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសម្ភារៈ វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសុខាភិបាលនិងឱសថ បច្ចេកវិទ្យាចំណីអាហារនិងអាហារូបត្ថម្ភ ព្រមទាំងការគ្រប់គ្រងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ **ឯកឧត្តម ស៊ុន សុវណ្ណា** បានអបអរសាទរនិស្សិតកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់​ចំពោះ​សមិទ្ធផល​ដ៏​ល្អប្រសើរនេះ និង​លើក​ទឹកចិត្ត​ឱ្យ​ព្យាយាម​​ប្រឹងប្រែង​សិក្សា​រៀនសូត្រនិង​ស្រូប​យក​ចំណេះ​ដឹង និងជំនាញដ៏មានតម្លៃ ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ និងវិលត្រឡប់មកកម្ពុជាវិញ។ **ឯកឧត្តម** ក៏បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់និស្សិតទាំងអស់ឱ្យចូលរួមលើកតម្កើងកិត្តិយសនិងកិត្យានុភាពជាតិ ព្រមទាំងផ្សព្វផ្សាយវប្បធម៌ជាតិកម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ពិភពលោកផងដែរ។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ **ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ** បានជូនពរនិស្សិតទាំងអស់ធ្វើដំណើរទៅកាន់សាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង ប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យក្នុងការសិក្សា។   On 12 August 2026, as an esteemed representative of **His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn**, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, **His Excellency SUN Sovanna**, Secretary of State, received 23 Cambodian students who are the recipients of the French Government’s Scholarships to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in France. The recipients will pursue their studies in various fields, including engineering and technology, artificial intelligence, digital sciences and mathematics, health and pharmaceutical sciences, food technology and nutrition, and industrial and supply chain management. During the meeting, **His Excellency SUN Sovanna** extended his warm congratulations to all the recipients on this outstanding achievement and encouraged them to pursue their academic journeys with unwavering dedication to acquire valuable knowledge and practical skills, and to apply what they have learned to the development of Cambodia upon their successful return. He also encouraged them to actively promote the country’s image and prestige and to share Cambodian culture with the international community. Finally, **His Excellency the Secretary of State** wished all the recipients a safe and pleasant journeys to the French Republic and expressed his confidence in their future academic success.
