**The Future Has Already Begun** In a lower secondary school in Kampong Cham province, two hours by road from Phnom Penh, a screen at the front of the classroom displays a presentation that students made themselves. Seng Somouylen, a Grade 8 student at Sambuo Meas High School in Kampong Cham Province, stands before her classmates and opens the first slide of her presentation.
