Ministers from the world’s Least Developed Countries (LDCs) have agreed on a common position ahead of the United Nations Convention on Climate Change (COP 31), calling for increased climate finance, technology transfer and support to help vulnerable economies respond to the growing economic and social impacts of climate change.
