Speaking at the conference summarizing the achievements of the fifth-mandate Commune/Sangkat Councils on the morning of September 7, H.E. Dr. Sar Sokha said that the Ministry of Interior is considering providing road maintenance budgets to Commune/Sangkat administrations across the capital and provinces, on the grounds that roads cannot remain in good condition without proper maintenance.
