**🔔** ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ គឺជាអាទិភាព នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់គណបក្សប្រជជនកម្ពុជាច្រើនអាណត្តិមកហើយ ពិសេសគឺក្រោយនយោបាយឈ្នះ ឈ្នះ ។ ការដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រត្រីកោណ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចតុកោណ ដំណាក់ទី១-២-៣-៤ មនុស្ស អាទិភាពទី១ ផ្លូវ ទី២ និងទឹក ភ្លើង ដែលតាំងពីឆ្នាំ៩៨ដល់២០២៣ ផ្លូវរាប់ពាន់គីឡូត្រូវបានកសាង។ អាណត្តិ ទី៧នេះ ខ្ញុំឡើងមក បានដើរសម្ពោធជាច្រើន។

Through the Triangular Strategy and four phases of the Rectangular Strategy, Cambodia has invested extensively in roads, water, and electricity, with people at the center of development. From 1998 to 2023, thousands of kilometers of roads were constructed, and during the Seventh Legislature, I have had the opportunity to inaugurate numerous infrastructure projects
