This capital injection is set to provide a significant boost to the country’s aviation capabilities as it transitions into a critical regional transit node. Meanwhile, the United States has signed the historic “Open Skies Agreement” to establish a legal basis for direct flights from Cambodia to the United States after more than a decade of negotiations.
