Sikwin20现招聘巴基斯坦及孟加拉语系Recall专员，工作地点为居家办公。
岗位职责包括负责玩家回访工作，每日需完成至少40通有效通话（每通时长不少于1分钟），并进行通话及聊天记录分析，指出优缺点及改进方向。每周需完成9名流失用户召回（pullback）目标。公司提供CRM数据工具、拨号软件及相关办公系统。
工作时间为10:30至19:30，包含1小时休息时间，周六固定休息。入职第4天后发放录用信。
薪资待遇方面，底薪为220美元，另设25美元全勤奖。绩效考核以月度19名活跃/有效玩家为目标，超出目标部分每人奖励11.60美元，未达标部分每人从底薪中扣除11.60美元。
应聘者需自备笔记本电脑、耳机及稳定的网络环境。此岗位目前处于试用版本阶段，薪酬结构将根据实际情况进行调整。

Recall Specialist (Pakistan & Bangladesh)
* **Base Salary:** $220 USDT + $25 USDT (Perfect Attendance Bonus)
* **Commission:** Monthly Target: 19 active/valid players per month. Earn +$11.60 USDT for every player over target; -$11.60 USDT deducted from base salary for every player under target.
* **Daily KPIs:** 40 valid calls (minimum 1 minute each) + call/chat log analysis (pointing out strengths, weaknesses, and areas to improve).
* **Weekly KPI:** 9 pullback users.
