Medicruits现招聘高级人力资源招聘专员，工作地点位于金边森速区。
岗位职责：
负责全流程招聘工作，涵盖人才寻访、筛选及录用环节。需同时处理多个岗位招聘需求，协调面试及试用安排，并重点关注候选人质量及留任率。
任职要求：
具备2年以上招聘工作经验，拥有良好的人才判断力。工作节奏快，具备高度责任感，能承受目标压力。语言要求为高棉语流利，并具备基础英语沟通能力。
薪资福利：
薪资面议。工作时间为周一至周五全天，周六半天。公司提供病假、年假及法定节假日福利，其中柬埔寨新年享有5天假期，亡人节享有5天假期，国际新年享有3天假期。

- Working hour: 8:00am - 5:00am ( Mon-Fri, Sat half )
- Public Holiday : 5 days on Khmer new Year, 5 days on PCHUM BEN, 3 days on International New Year Days
