Fresh.co现急招销售与市场渠道专员1名，工作地点位于金边市棉芷区宋仁芷分区。本岗位为全职，薪资面议。
岗位职责包括负责FMCG食品类产品的销售谈判与协调，独立对接大型超市的采购及运营部门，并执行市场渠道运营工作。
应聘要求如下：
1. 熟悉柬埔寨市场环境，具备较强的执行力与团队协作意识，能适应本地市场外勤工作。
2. 精通高棉语和英语，具备基础中文能力者优先。
3. 具备大型超市（如永旺、Lucky）渠道运营经验，熟悉超市采购流程、上架规则及渠道运作逻辑。
4. 工作勤奋负责，具备良好的商务谈判、沟通与协调能力。

*Requirements
- Familiar with the Cambodian market environment
- Fluent in Khmer and English; basic Chinese is a plus.
- Experience working with large supermarket chains such as AEON or Lucky, supermarket procurement processes, shelf listing rules, and channel operations.
- Understanding of FMCG (food category) sales and channel operation logic, with strong business negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to independently connect with supermarket procurement and operations departments.
- Responsible and diligent, strong execution ability, hardworking, good teamwork awareness, and able to adapt to local market fieldwork.
