**Harnessing youth offenders: Juvenile delinquents put to work supporting border forces**
The General Department of Prisons (GDP) has begun the transfer of almost 800 juvenile delinquents from prisons across the Kingdom to training programmes which will teach them to pour concrete, construct trench covers, or farm vegetables or crops to support Cambodia’s front-line forces.
