On that occasion, Her Excellency the Secretary of State extended her warmest congratulations to His Excellency Kouch Pheng on his appointment as the Honorary Consul of Romania to the Kingdom of Cambodia. She highlighted the shared commitment between Cambodia and Romania to valuing peace and development under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
