商务部举办WTO规则及自贸协定线上培训 提升官员谈判能力

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៨ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សុភ័ក្ត្រ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលឯកទេសសម្រាប់មន្ត្រីរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្ដីពីទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅរបស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) ពាណិជ្ជកម្មទំនិញ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវា និងការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងតាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ ដោយមានសមាសភាពចូលរួមជាច្រើនរូបមកពីអន្តរក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលខាងលើនេះ ត្រូវបានសហការរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលប្រឹក្សាស្ដីពីច្បាប់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (ACWL) ដើម្បីកសាង និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ឱ្យយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមអំពី៖ (១) ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅ និងគោលការណ៍គ្រឹះនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង WTO (២) ការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី និង (៣) ទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅ និងការអនុវត្តនីតិវិធីឧបាស្រ័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលចែកជា ៣ វគ្គ ដោយ ២ វគ្គ រៀបចំតាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ (ផ្ដោតលើទិដ្ឋភាពទូទៅរបស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) ពាណិជ្ជកម្មទំនិញ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវា និងការចរចាពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរី) និង ១ វគ្គទៀតរៀបចំដោយផ្ទាល់ (ផ្ដោតលើគោលការណ៍គ្រឹះ និងនីតិវិធីអនុវត្តឧបាស្រ័យពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទរបស់ WTO)។ --- (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Monday, 28 September 2026, His Excellency Sok Sopheak, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, presided over the opening of a specialized training course for government officials on the overview of the World Trade Organization (WTO), trade in goods, trade in services, and free trade agreement negotiations. This training course was delivered online, with the participation of officials from line ministries and institutions of Cambodia. The aforementioned training course was jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the Advisory Centre on WTO Law (ACWL) to build and strengthen the capacity of relevant officials, particularly for enhancing their understanding of: (1) the general overview and fundamental principles of the WTO agreements; (2) free trade negotiations; and (3) the overview and implementation of trade remedy procedures.
