The Skills Development Fund (SDF), a national trust fund established under the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), is strengthening its industry-driven training model to help businesses address skills shortages, raise labour productivity and improve returns on investment, with more than 100,000 trainees supported through early September 2026.
