2026年9月3日，柬埔寨外交与国际合作部国务秘书斯曼·马南（SMAN Manan）与多哥外交、合作、非洲一体化及海外多哥人部秘书长阿福农·夸库·塞达米努（Afognon Kouakou SEDAMINOU）在多哥首都洛美共同主持了柬埔寨与多哥外交部之间的首次双边磋商。
此次磋商旨在回顾双边关系，并探讨加强两国合作的途径。双方重点讨论的领域包括政治与外交事务、贸易与投资、航空互联互通、工业与农工业、旅游业以及立法机构间的合作。
在多边合作方面，双方就国际法语国家组织（OIF）及联合国框架下的合作交换了意见，并讨论了共同关心的地区及国际问题。柬方对多哥支持柬埔寨举办2026年在金边举行的第20届法语国家首脑会议表示感谢。

On 3 September 2026, His Excellency SMAN Manan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Afognon Kouakou SEDAMINOU, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, African Integration and Togolese Abroad of the Republic of Togo, co-chaired the 1st Round of the Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries in Lomé, Togo.
The Consultations provided an important platform to review bilateral relations and explore ways to further strengthen Cambodia–Togo cooperation, particularly in political and diplomatic affairs, trade and investment, air connectivity, industry and agro-industry, tourism, and parliamentary cooperation. The two sides also exchanged views on multilateral cooperation, notably within the International Organisation of La Francophonie and the United Nations, as well as on regional and international issues of common interest. The Cambodian side expressed appreciation to Togo for its support for Cambodia’s hosting of the 20th Francophonie Summit in Phnom Penh in 2026.
