**Cambodia-Japan trade jumps 20%; almost $2 billion in eight months**
Bilateral trade between Cambodia and Japan has continued to grow, reaching nearly $2 billion in the first eight months of 2026, up nearly one-fifth compared with the same period last year. Japan is Cambodia’s fourth-largest trading partner after China, the US and Vietnam.
