岗位职责：
负责Facebook与Telegram社区的日常管理与运营，通过内容创作及策划推广活动提升品牌知名度与粉丝互动率。负责团队管理与支持，监控社区活跃度并及时响应用户需求。定期分析社交媒体运营数据，并根据分析结果提出优化策略。
任职要求：
具备社交媒体经理相关工作经验，熟悉马来西亚市场者优先。需精通Facebook与Telegram平台运营，具备团队领导力与管理能力。要求应聘者具备良好的沟通技巧，工作积极主动、富有创意且具备责任感，熟悉社交媒体增长与互动策略。
薪资福利：
底薪1000美元起，具体薪资面议。试用期后提供薪资评估，并设有月度KPI激励。员工享有每年24天年假、7天病假及每月4天休息日，每日工作期间包含1小时休息时间。
