金边森速区一家本土家居及身体护理品牌公司现正招聘总经理，负责推动品牌业务规模化发展。
岗位职责：
负责公司整体运营管理，主导供应链优化、销售渠道拓展及分销体系建设，以实干型领导风格带领团队实现业务增长。
任职要求：
1. 具备快消品（FMCG）、制造业或中小企业（SME）管理经验。
2. 熟悉柬埔寨本地市场，在供应链管理、运营及销售渠道方面拥有深厚背景。
3. 具备创业精神，能够适应快速发展的企业环境，并能对品牌成长产生实质性影响。
薪资福利：
薪资面议，具体根据候选人的工作经验确定。
工作时间：
周一至周五，每天8:00至18:00。
