From September 14 to 17, 2026, President of the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) Seng Sopheap led the Cambodian delegation at the 4th UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence (GFEAI) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Co-hosted by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) and the International Center for AI Research and Ethics (ICAIRE) under the theme “Transforming Global Cooperation for Ethical AI Governance,” the high-level forum convened AI ministers and delegates from more than 52 nations, along with over 1,200 representatives from international organizations, research institutes, and the private sector.
