Cambodia has lodged 42 formal diplomatic protest notes against Thai border violations since July last year, saying the documents are significant because they preserve the country’s legal position under international law, while also sending nine requests urging Thailand to resume the bilateral Joint Boundary Commission (JBC) process to advance border demarcation, the government said yesterday.
