Hosted by Australian Ambassador to Cambodia Derek Yip, the event showcased a diverse range of Australian products already available in the Cambodian market and highlighted opportunities to further expand bilateral trade in food and agriculture. Premium Food Showcase Reflects Expanding Trade Ties Guests were treated to a menu featuring premium Australian produce sourced from across the country, including Dinko Southern Bluefin Tuna from South Australia, Spencer Gulf prawns, Bangalow sweet pork from Byron Bay, Stanbroke Wagyu beef cheek from Queensland’s Darling Downs, and a pavlova dessert featuring native Australian ingredients such as finger limes and lemon myrtle.
