岗位职责包括：负责公司总部及各分行的全流程招聘工作；建立高效的人才储备库并制定招聘策略；执行面试及候选人评估流程；负责雇主品牌建设及相关招聘活动的开展；与各部门负责人协作，确保招聘人才符合业务发展需求。
应聘要求如下：需具备相关专业学士学位；拥有至少3年招聘或人才引进工作经验；具备银行或小额信贷机构工作背景者优先；具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力及分析能力；工作积极主动，具备组织协调能力及结果导向思维。

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Lead end-to-end recruitment for Head Office & Branches
✅ Build strong talent pipelines and effective sourcing strategies
✅ Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
✅ Drive employer branding and recruitment initiatives
✅ Partner with stakeholders to deliver quality talent aligned with business needs
🎓 REQUIREMENTS
✔️BA in a related field
✔️ 3+ years of Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience
✔️ Banking or MFI experience is an advantage
✔️ Strong communication, interpersonal & analytical skills
✔️ Proactive, organized and results-oriented mindset
