位于金边万景通（Boeung Tompun）的一家食品生产企业现招聘人力资源经理，月薪范围为700至1200美元。
岗位职责包括：制定并实施与公司愿景及业务目标相符的人力资源战略；主导人力资源项目并推动各职能部门的持续改进；负责管理层及高级职位的全流程招聘工作；处理NSSF（国家社会保障基金）及薪资发放事务；组织员工参与活动及企业文化建设；确保人力资源政策与程序符合劳动法及公司标准；负责KPI绩效考核的跟踪与落实。
应聘要求：需具备人力资源、工商管理或相关专业本科以上学历；拥有至少4至5年人力资源领域相关工作经验；深入了解劳动法、人力资源最佳实践及组织发展；具备战略性人力资源领导力、人才管理及员工关系处理经验；具备良好的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力；熟练使用公司系统、数据分析工具及微软办公软件。
工作时间为周一至周六，上午8点至下午5点。

💭 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Lead HR projects and drive continuous improvement across HR functions
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for managerial and senior-level positions.
- Handle NSSF and Payroll
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company standards.
- KPIs follow up.
💭 Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
- Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Company systems, analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite..

- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Location: Boeung Tompun, Phnom Penh.
