Lead the planning and execution of **branding and marketing campaigns** across online, in-app, and offline channels. 2. Develop passenger campaigns focused on **acquisition, engagement, and retention**. 3. Coordinate **GTM campaigns** with Growth, CVM, Partnership, and Operations teams. 4. Lead driver campaigns, particularly **driver retention and vehicle sticker campaigns**. 5. Lead content marketing across **in-app, digital, UGC, and offline channels**. 6. Oversee **content development and copywriting** across marketing touchpoints. 7. Monitor marketing trends and coordinate with **external agencies, KOLs, media, and production teams**. **REQUIREMENTS** 1. Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business Management, or a related field**. 2. **4+ years of experience** in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or related roles. 3. Experience with **project management and marketing analytics tools**. 4.
