Cambodia has called for an all-purpose maritime boundary with Thailand to resolve their long-running overlapping claims in the Gulf of Thailand, with Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Prak Sokhonn urging a UN-backed conciliation panel to help the two countries reach a treaty in accordance with international law.
