[English Below] ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា រវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ និងសមាគមអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (Cambodian Agricultural Supplier Association – CASA) ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ២រោច ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ បានរៀបចំពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាលើ អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) រវាង សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ (RUPP) និង សមាគមអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (Cambodian Agricultural Supplier Association – CASA) ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់​ លោកសាកលវិទ្យាធិការរង កៀន តាក់ តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ជេត ជាលី សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ និង លោកស្រី Neang Sovannary ប្រធានសមាគមអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CASA)។ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ និងវិស័យឯកជន តាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហការលើការអប់រំ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ ព្រមទាំងការបង្កើតឱកាសសម្រាប់និស្សិត និងធនធានមនុស្សឱ្យមានការតភ្ជាប់កាន់តែប្រសើរជាមួយវិស័យកសិកម្ម និងទីផ្សារការងារ។ តាមរយៈការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានបង្ហាញនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការអនុវត្តសកម្មភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីបង្កើតលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា និងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃគូរវាងវិស័យអប់រំ និងវិស័យកសិកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ សមាគមអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់កសិកម្មកម្ពុជា (CASA) និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារនៃភាគីទាំងពីរ ដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើម និងរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះក្លាយជាការពិត។ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យរំពឹងថា ភាពជាដៃគូនេះនឹងនាំមកនូវ កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព លទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា និងភាពជាដៃគូយូរអង្វែង ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធានមនុស្ស និងសហគមន៍កម្ពុជា។ Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Royal University of Phnom Penh and the Cambodian Agricultural Supplier Association (CASA) On 11 August 2026, the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between RUPP and the Cambodian Agricultural Supplier Association (CASA). The ceremony was led by Vice-Rector Kean Tak, representing H.E. Prof. Chet Chealy, Rector of RUPP, and Mrs. Neang Sovannary, Chairwoman of CASA. This collaboration aims to strengthen and expand the partnership between the university and the private sector through cooperation in education, training, knowledge and experience sharing, as well as creating opportunities for students and human resource development to better connect with the agricultural sector and the labor market. Through the signing of this MoU, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to implementing practical activities and cooperation to achieve fruitful outcomes, contribute to human resource development, and strengthen partnerships between the education and agricultural sectors in Cambodia. RUPP sincerely appreciates CASA, as well as the leadership and teams from both sides, for their initiative and contributions in making this partnership possible.
