The meeting focused on discussing the draft Prakas regarding the operational workflow for VAT refund mechanisms. The goal was to reach a final consensus and lay the groundwork for developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The meeting was led by H.E. Dr. PHAN Phalla and H.E.
