As a trusted **medical equipment supplier**, we are seeking a **self-driven and technically capable Healthcare Project Coordinator** to manage healthcare infrastructure projects from planning to completion—ensuring high-quality delivery in collaboration with hospital clients and global principals like **GE Healthcare**. ⸻ **Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in **MEP Engineering**, **Civil Engineering**, or a related field។ • Minimum **3-5 years** of **independent project management experience**,MEP Experience, preferably in **healthcare infrastructure** ⸻ **Key Responsibilities** • Work **independently** to plan, manage, and execute projects at hospital sites across Cambodia • Conduct site surveys and develop layout plans using **AutoCAD**, aligned with technical requirements from international vendors (e.g., GE Healthcare Drawing Center) • Understand technical room requirements for imaging modalities (e.g., **CT, MRI, CathLab**) and operating environments (e.g., **positive pressure, clean rooms**) • Supervise contractors and communicate effectively with internal teams, hospital stakeholders, and international partners • Prepare BOQs, allocate resources, and manage budget • Identify and resolve site issues with minimal supervision • Ensure project execution is compliant with drawings, specs, and hospital workflow • Finalize and close out projects with documentation and lessons learned ⸻ **Required Skills** • Strong **independent working** ability • Effective communication with clinical teams and technical vendors • Solid knowledge of **MEP and civil coordination** • Budgeting and problem-solving under time pressure • Familiarity with **project tools** (MS Project, Excel, Trello, etc.) ⸻ **Technical Advantage** • Experience in **healthcare facility construction** • Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Revit**, **SketchUp**, **Enscape** • Understanding of **hospital workflows** and infection control zones • Exposure to **imaging systems** like CT, MRI, CathLab layout planning • Prior collaboration with **international equipment suppliers** is a plus ⸻ **📩 How to Apply** Please send your CV and cover letter to: 📧 **[email protected]** 📱 **Telegram: +855 77 803 103** 🗓 **Application Deadline:** 31 September 2025 🔔 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
