On the afternoon of 24 September 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral meeting with Her Excellency Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines, on the occasion of attending the General Debate of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, United States of America.
