On the morning of 4 September 2026, on the sidelines of the Bilateral Consultations, His Excellency SMAN Manan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the delegation paid a study visit to the Autonomous Port of Lomé and met with His Excellency Kokou Edem TENGUE, Director General of the Port.
The two sides agreed to designate focal points to facilitate communication between the Autonomous Port of Lomé and Sihanoukville Autonomous Port, with a view to exploring opportunities for cooperation and connectivity between the two ports, including the exchange of experiences in port management, logistics, and maritime trade.
