*Requirements
- Proven 3-5 years work experience as Sous Chef in a bakery/pastry setting
- Full ownership of a designated station in our bakery/pastry rooms
- Intermediary between Head Chef & Chef de Partie
- Knowledge of bakery/pastry products
- Willing to work under pressures
- Acceptable organizational & communication skills
- Be able to understand basic written and spoken English
- Basic computer knowledge
-Former HACCP trainings but not essential
- A degree or certificate in bakery/pastry related field but not essential
