岗位职责：负责中英文双语翻译工作，需准确传达管理层意图，并具备高水平的中英文理解能力。
薪资待遇：月薪5000美元，另有1000美元绩效奖金，以及5%的地区津贴。
任职要求：精通中文与英文，能够熟练进行双语互译。需签署至少1年的长期合同，并签署保密协议。
工作纪律：工作期间严禁使用个人手机。翻译人员需留在公司办公场所内，除特殊情况外，严禁离开办公区域。每周休息一天，休息日可外出。

Position: Translator + Customer Service Representative (Second-line support)
Nationality: Open to all
Salary: 5000 + 1000 USD performance bonus
Location-based bonus: 5%
Job Requirements:
* Fluent in Chinese.
* Fluent in English.
* Preference given to candidates of Chinese descent.
* Ability to accurately translate the manager's intended message to employees.
* High level of comprehension in both Chinese and English.
Can go out on Rest Days: One day off per week
(Translators must remain within the company premises; unless there are exceptional circumstances, leaving the premises is strictly prohibited.)

Contract: 1 year or longer (requires signing a dedication clause and a confidentiality agreement)
