Cambodia’s achievement as the first country in the Asia-Pacific region to meet the global 95-95-95 HIV targets is being credited to decades of collective efforts by the government, health institutions, development partners, civil society organisations and communities that have worked continuously to strengthen HIV prevention, testing and treatment services.
