SFE 主管岗位职责与要求：
负责销售效能管理、CRM 系统维护及数据分析工作。应聘者需具备药学、MBA、商业或分析类专业本科及以上学历。要求拥有 3 至 5 年以上 SFE、销售运营、CRM 或数据分析相关经验，且在相关治疗领域具备 5 年以上工作经验。需熟练掌握 Excel、BI 及 CRM 工具，具备较强的数据分析与沟通能力，工作细致并能有效管理业务流程。
产品经理岗位职责与要求：
负责医药产品全生命周期管理、制定产品策略及市场营销计划。应聘者需具备药学或 MBA 背景，拥有 5 年以上医药产品管理经验。要求熟悉医药市场及产品生命周期，具备市场分析能力，并对本地或区域市场有深入了解。需具备出色的沟通、分析及战略规划能力。

🚨 **URGENT HIRING – PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY**
We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:
1️⃣ SFE Supervisor
**Requirements:**
Bachelor/Master in Pharmacy, MBA, Business, or Analytics
3–5+ years of experience in SFE, Sales Operations, CRM, or Analytics
5+ years of experience in the relevant therapy area
Strong Excel, BI, and CRM skills
Good analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage processes effectively
2️⃣ Product Manager
**Requirements:**
Bachelor/Master in Pharmacy or MBA
5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and product lifecycle
Experience in product strategy, marketing plans, and market analysis
Good knowledge of the local/regional market
Strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
