英语呼叫中心现招聘客服人员，负责美加业务。要求应聘者英语流利度达到80%至90%，口音清晰标准，并具备美加地区呼叫项目相关经验。
工作时间为周一至周六，夜班时段为22:00至次日07:00。期间包含02:00至03:00的用餐休息，以及07:00至07:30的早餐时间。07:30至10:00为培训课程，必要时可能延长至12:00。
公司提供住宿。试用期为2个月，每日津贴25美元（含餐）。若未通过试用期评估，仅发放每日津贴，不享受薪资福利及全勤奖。
