លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អនុញ្ញាតជូនគណប្រតិភូសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្មបារាំង-កម្ពុជា (CCIFC) ដឹកនាំដោយលោក Julien Bert អនុប្រធាន CCIFC  និងលោក Mr. Frantz Vaganay ប្រធានទីប្រឹក្សាពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេសនៃប្រទេសបារាំងប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (CCEF) ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារអំពីការត្រៀមសហការរៀបចំ "វេទិកាធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា-បារាំង លើកទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦" … (ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៣ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអនុញ្ញាតជូនលោក Julien Bert អនុប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្មបារាំង-កម្ពុជា (CCIFC) និងលោក Frantz Vaganay ប្រធានទីប្រឹក្សាពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្រៅប្រទេសនៃប្រទេសបារាំងប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (CCEF) ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការងារត្រៀមសហការរៀបចំ «វេទិកាធុរកិច្ចកម្ពុជា-បារាំង លើកទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦»។   នៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ភាគីទាំងពីរបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា វេទិកាធុរកិច្ចនេះ នឹងក្លាយជាវេទិកាដែលបោះជំហានដ៏រឹងមាំនៅក្នុងការជំរុញបង្កើនបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ចដែលផ្តល់ប្រយោជន៍ទៅវិញទៅមក ពង្រឹងទំនុកចិត្តបន្ថែមពីធុរជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ជាពិសេសធុរជន និងក្រុមហ៊ុនអន្តរជាតិសំខាន់ៗរបស់បារាំងដែលកំពុងមានប្រតិបត្តិការ ឬមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍មកលើទីផ្សារប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តចំពោះការសិក្សាស្វែងយល់អំពីភាពទាក់ទាញនិងកាលានុវត្តភាពធុរកិច្ចដែលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាអាចផ្តល់ជូន។  វេទិកានេះនឹងបង្ហាញពីបរិយាកាសនៃការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ច្បាប់ និងគោលនយោបាយលើកទឹកចិត្តថ្មីៗរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងការបើកចំហរវិស័យសក្តានុពលសំខាន់ៗដូចជា បច្ចេកវិទ្យា ថាមពលស្អាត កសិ-ឧស្សាហកម្ម ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងទេសចរណ៍។… --- Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, Receieved Courtesy Call by a Delegation of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), Led by Mr. Julien Bert, Vice-President of the CCIFC, and Mr. Frantz Vaganay, President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors in Cambodia (CCEF), to Discuss Preparations for the Joint Organization of the 3rd Cambodia–France Business Forum 2026 … (Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Thursday, 3 September 2026, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, receieved a courtesy call from a Delegation of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Cambodia (CCIFC), led by Mr. Julien Bert, Vice-President of the CCIFC, and Mr. Frantz Vaganay, President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors in Cambodia (CCEF), to discuss preparations for the Joint Organization of the 3rd Cambodia–France Business Forum 2026.   During the discussion, both sides highlighted that this business forum will serve as a strong stepping stone towards promoting a mutually beneficial trade environment and strengthening confidence among businesses from both sides, and in particular, French businesses and international companies already operating in Cambodia or looking to explore the Cambodian market, and encouraging them to further examine the business attractiveness and opportunities that Cambodia has to offer.
