柬埔寨外交部与联合国人权报告员会谈 承诺加强人权保护合作

នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ **លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ** នៃក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានជួបជាមួយ**លោក Thomas Andrews **អ្នករាយការណ៍ ពិសេសរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ទទួលបន្ទុកស្ថានភាពសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា  និងបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្នែកសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា រួមទាំងទុក្ខលំបាករបស់ជនភៀសសឹកនៅព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ **លោកជំទាវ អ៊ាត សោភា **បានបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានខិតខំលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិមនុស្សលើគ្រប់ទិដ្ឋភាពដែលរួមមាន សិទ្ធិស៊ីវិល និងនយោបាយ  សេដ្ឋកិច្ច  សង្គមកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះតួនាទីស្ថាបនារបស់ការិយាល័យឧត្តមស្នងការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិទទួលបន្ទុកសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ដែលមានវត្តមាននៅកម្ពុជាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣។ ភាគីទាំងពីរប្តេជ្ញាបន្តកិច្ចសន្ទនាដោយបើកចំហ ពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកែលម្អកង្វះខាត និងលើកកម្ពស់ការគោរព និងការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្សនៅកម្ពុជា។ On the morning of 31 July 2026, Her Excellency Eat Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met with Mr. Thomas Andrews, United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Cambodia. They exchanged views on the progress of human rights in Cambodia and the challenges facing the country, including the plight of displaced Cambodian people along the Cambodia–Thailand border. Her Excellency Eat Sophea highlighted the Royal Government of Cambodia's efforts to advance civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights, and expressed appreciation for the constructive role of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia since 1993. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining open dialogue and strengthening cooperation to address remaining challenges and further promote the respect for and protection of human rights in Cambodia.
