现面向印度、尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、巴基斯坦及孟加拉国招聘线上客服及项目合伙人。本岗位工作地点不限，支持居家办公，工作时间灵活，可自由选择白天或夜间工作，周六及周日休息。
岗位职责包括处理客户咨询及项目推广。公司提供平台支持、业务路径指导及全方位协助。工作无强制性目标要求，管理模式宽松。
薪资采取纯佣金制，无固定底薪。根据业绩提成比例设定如下：业绩达到1000美元或5000美元，提成比例为40%；业绩达到10000美元，提成比例为50%；业绩达到50000美元，提成比例最高可达60%。此外，若月度总充值业绩达到10000美元，另可获得1000美元的额外奖金。
